About Me

Nicki is a lively and engaging public speaker who draws on 15 years’ experience in the Law to share tales of righting wrongs and using her powers for good, not evil. Nicki lectures at Monash University (in the faculties of Law – teaching crime, evidence, civil procedure and torts – and Medicine – teaching all areas of law and ethics) and is also a member of the Victorian Bar (a Barrister). Nicki has a degree in Bioethics – and her areas of expertise are where the law, medicine and ethics intersect. Nicki has been awarded a university teaching award for her innovative teaching practices (including using hand puppets to teach sexual offences law). Nicki is also skilled at chairing panel discussions.
