Applying for a Grant

We conduct an Annual Grants program made up of two grant rounds:

  • General Grants
  • Sub-Fund Grants
GENERAL GRANTS

In 2017,  the Victorian Women’s Benevolent Trust sought applications for projects benefiting women and girls, in particular to:

Promote social inclusion and community cohesion in regional Victoria addressing the needs of refugee and migrant families or women or girls who are experiencing socio-economic disadvantage, lack of educational or training opportunities, or who live with a disability or illness.

Applications for the 2017 General Grants closed on Friday 24th March 2017 and are currently being assessed.   Successful applicants will be notified in July.

SUB-FUNDS

The 2017 Sub-Fund Grants Program will open Thursday 1st June and close on Monday 31st July 2017. Further information will be available in soon. Please note that the application form will be similar to the General Grants application form.

GRANT DECISIONS

Decisions about successful applications are made by Trustees in late July and September.
