About Me

Karen Delvin is the founder and Managing Director of Bridges. She is an Organisational Development specialist with over 20 years executive management and consulting experience within top 200 companies, government and community organisations.
Karen works with Executives who, recognise that the business environment has changed, and want to develop and implements changes that transition businesses to superior performance. Karen’s understands and gives practical advice on daily realities of operational and strategic management, where change is vital to success.
She has led significant restructures and developed innovative programs for culture change. Karen achieved international recognition for her work at a leading financial institution, leading the research, design and development of culture and leadership programs.
Consulting enables Karen to focus her passion on assisting leaders achieve strategic and culture change. Her clients include Executives and Senior Management across a broad industry base. Karen presents with professional integrity, pragmatism and empathy for the challenges facing twenty first century leaders.
