Oenone Serle

Senior Facilitator & Positive Psychology Practitioner

About Me

I am an educator, specialising in leadership, with 30 years experience in adult learning design and facilitation, gained in the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. My strength of curiosity led me to explore a portfolio of careers, including work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities in leadership and a range of industry settings, and teaching workplace literacy and numeracy. I have held learning and development positions with City West Water, Ford, Swinburne University and private RTOs. Well-being has been a key focus throughout my life, leading to an on-going practice of yoga and mindfulness, and the application of learning for my Masters of Applied Positive Psychology into organisational settings.
