Director, Corporate Chillout
As the Director of Corporate Chillout Judith works as a Health Educator, giving presentations on work life balance, stress management and healthy food and lifestyle choices.
She and her team also provide wellbeing programs in the workplace, such as meditation, laughter, pilates, tai chi, qigong, yoga in a suit, yoga nidra, African drumming and Latin dance.
Judith is a qualified Naturopath and Tai Chi /Qigong teacher. She set up Corporate Chillout in 2008 to bring relaxation strategies into the workplace. Prior to studying Naturopathy Judith worked for 20 years in the corporate world, so she has first-hand experience of the stresses and strains of balancing work and health.
