About Me
I’m Sue Gold, business consultant, mentor, educator and board director. I believe in connection and collaboration. Supporting people to achieve their potential is what drives me. My approach is collaborative and participatory – I provide opportunities for people to develop their own skills, knowledge and confidence.
My experience spans the business, community, social enterprise, health and education sectors. Through It’s On Purpose I support rural and regional Australians to develop an idea or to grow a social venture to solve social, community and environmental challenges in their community.
I also work pro bono on projects I am passionate about, including community led renewable energy; food security; and social and economic development and equity.
I work with clients across Australia from my base in beautiful Beechworth, northeast Victoria.
