About Me
Fabian is one of Australian’s best-known female entrepreneurs, speakers and leadership commentators. She is a spokesperson for women and founder of Compass (a long range leadership program in which close to 600 women have participated in the last 10 years); and Founder Homeward Bound, a 10 year global initiative for women in STEMM.
Fabian has personally interviewed many hundreds of working Australians in numerous organisations across many industries. Her insights into leadership and her fearlessness in challenging leaders to consider more inclusive, and indeed more profitable forms of leadership are well acknowledged. She is widely recognised as a highly effective, creative strategist, facilitator, teacher and social entrepreneur.
Fabian has a considerable number of both commercial and community achievements to her credit. She has twice been a runner-up in the state Telstra Business Women Awards, and was recently a Victorian Finalist for 2015; she was also selected as one of the ‘Financial Review and Westpac’s – 100 Women of Influence’ for 2015.
