Robyn has over 25 years of experience working in and with private, public and no- for-profit agencies in senior leadership / management positions and as a consultant. Robyn’s expertise lies in facilitation, leadership / management development, coaching, organisation and cultural development and HR strategy. Robyn has been well recognised by her peers. She achieved finalist status for the prestigious AHRI Dave Ulrich HR Leader of the Year Award 2011, was Nominated seven times as Telstra’s Business Woman of the Year, and was a nominee for the Leadership in Government Award 2011. With a background in social work, Robyn’s work is underpinned by her values for inclusion, fairness and respect and she is highly regarded for her collaboration. Robyn holds a number of tertiary and workplace qualifications and numerous accreditations including Emotional Intelligence Ability testing (MSCEIT).
