Arabella Forge is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), television presenter and food writer. She is the author of the cookbook Frugavore: How to Grow Your Own, Buy Local, Waste Nothing and Eat Well (Black Inc 2010) which has been published and distributed throughout Australia and the USA. Arabella presents a regular segment on food and gardening for Channel 10’s Love to Share Foodand is a spokesperson for The Markets of Melbourne.
She also writes a regular restaurant review and food column for The Melbourne Review and www.goodfood.com.au (The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, Canberra Times and Brisbane Times) and is a speaker at food events and slow food forums.
Arabella is passionate about all issues relating to food, nutrition and global food politics. She has a family history of farming and loves getting her hands dirty and connecting directly to the source of her food. She is also a passionate gardener, chook keeper and a very proud mum.
