About Me
Alex is Director of Polling and Research Fellow at the Lowy Institute responsible for the Institute’s polling program on foreign policy and public opinion. Alex has co-authored major studies for the Lowy Institute on Australia’s diplomacy, given evidence at Parliamentary inquiries, delivered numerous speeches and lectures on foreign policy and provides commentary on consular affairs and diplomacy in Australian media.
Alex was a lawyer for ten years at a major Sydney law firm, and had earlier careers in marketing and advertising with major multinationals.
