Dr Moni Lai Storz is a cross-cultural management trainer/consultant specialising in Asian business cultures and the managing director of Cross-cultural Management Consultants. Pty Ltd.. From 1970-1997 she was a Sociologist at Monash University. She pioneered the workshops on culture awareness and communication skills for people participating in the Export Development Programmes organised by the Centre for International Business in 1987. She is also the founder and Academic Director of the Australasian Centre of Chinese Studies and executive consultant to Global Business Strategies Pty Ltd. Founder and artistic director of the Australasian Chinese Theatre, Dr Storz is a poet, novelist & playwright, her books include Dancing With Dragons: Chopsticks People Revealed for Global Business, Mind Body Power: the Self Help Book on Accelerated Learning, & an intercultural play Our Man in Beijing. Dr Storz’s life mission is to build bridges amongst diverse peoples for world peace.
