About Me
Lauren Taylor is always listening for the new and the next, sharing her latest musical discoveries as a broadcaster and producer on 3RRR’s Thursday drive program Breaking and Entering alongside co-host Simon Winkler.
The program features important new releases, in depth interviews with recording artists and follows critical conversations in a rapidly changing musical landscape. Lauren has facilitated public Q&A’s at Vivid Live, Face The Music, BIGSOUND, Melbourne Festival, Melbourne Writers Festival, Melbourne International Film Festival and Sugar Mountain Festival. As a DJ, Lauren performs regularly at music festivals, arts events and venues around Australia, including previously at Golden Plains, Meredith and Falls Festival. Lauren is also the Live-to-Air & Events Coordinator at 3RRR, where she works as part of the Programming & Content team to produce outside broadcasts and also all events from the Triple R Performance Space.
