In May 2016, VWT introduced what is believed to be Australia’s first Menstrual and Menopause Wellbeing Policy, allowing staff experiencing symptoms of menstruation or menopause to work flexibly without depleting their sick leave.
This policy template is freely available for any organisation to adopt.
