Georgia Verry on Changing the Narrative Through Trauma-Informed Kickboxing
Martial arts mightn’t be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of therapy, but for some, healing the wounds of the past with movement and flow in the now, just makes sense. We spoke to Trust grant recipient, Georgia Verry, about her work with Conscious Combat Club, and explored their new light and airy warehouse space in Collingwood, made for all women.
