Report Back on Your Grant
Acquittal Process
All successful grantees will need to report back on their project, evaluating impact and outcomes.
What you will need
Financial Acquittal
Download and complete the financial acquittal template.
Photography and Other Documentation
Share photos, illustrations, booklets and any other materials that bring your project to life. Remember to always get consent, and tell us who the creator is, so we can credit their good work.
Testimonials
The best way to show your impact is through the voices of the people involved. A short quote or story can say more than any metric.
Evaluation
Gather any metrics that explain the outcomes of your project — numbers, reach, changes observed. Even simple data tells a powerful story.
Debrief with your team
Before you start the acquittal, sit down with your team and discuss what worked or what you would do differently next time. These learnings are valuable.
