Victorian Women’s Trust 2026

What to expect?

An evening at the ever-funky That Paper Joint where we will make zines and chat about the issues you care about.

Get to know artist Judy Kuo (she/they) while learning how to make your own zine. We’re gonna talk tips for channelling your ideas on feminism and solidarity into art and activism. Materials, snacks and vibes are all provided.

Rosie is a community for young feminists.

Rosie seeks to uplift young women, girls and gender diverse people by creating tangible action on issues they care about. The Victorian Women’s Trust is the parent organisation of Rosie and supports the development of young feminists.

Rosie’s Cut Paste Protest! workshop will be hosted at That Paper Joint and is an event supported and facilitated by the Victorian Women’s Trust.

Why zines?

Zines have a long, radical history in feminist movements. They are self-published, DIY, and unfiltered—the perfect medium for sharing our lived experiences and imagining a more just society. Whether you’re an experienced artist or haven’t picked up a glue stick since primary school, this workshop is for you.
