The Trustees of the Victorian Women’s Benevolent Trust established the Alma and Albert Tivendale Sub-Fund in 2019. The Sub-Fund is thanks to the vision and generosity of Linda Tivendale and her family.
Alma and Albert Tivendale are remembered by their family as loving parents who understood how tough life can be. Their working-class roots gave them a strong sense of community which they expressed practically and with imagination. Most of all they valued finding ways of keeping families together.
