About Me
Dr Tess Newton Cain is the principal of TNC Pacific Consulting. Based in Brisbane, she is a dual citizen of the UK and Vanuatu. With more than 20 years of experience of living and working in the Pacific island region, Tess has established strong networks with policy makers and influencers. Tess provides strategic advice to governments, development partners, business and civil society to guide their work in our region. Her experience includes many contributions to national, regional and global analysis of political, economic and policy developments in Pacific island countries.
