In 1985, when the Victorian Women’s Trust was founded, no woman had ever served on the High Court, as Governor General, or as Prime Minister. Today, women hold positions of power across society — proof of the progress we’ve made together.

But equality is not yet won. Violence and misogyny persist, online and offline. The gender pay gap, housing insecurity and cultural bias continue to hold women back.
