Laura is a Senior Associate at Justitia, a boutique workplace relations law firm based in Melbourne.
As part of her practice, Laura regularly provides training to clients on a range of topics relating to employment and discrimination law. She has a particular interest in sharing the theory of unconscious bias with her clients. Laura is firmly of the view that organisations which address this issue are better equipped to create and maintain exceptional workplace cultures.
She has a particular interest in sport and the interface between employment, discrimination and sports law. She is currently completing a Masters of Law at the University of Melbourne with a focus on sports and employment law. Laura is a board member of Melbourne Youth Music – enriching young lives through the power of music, and a member of Critical Friends Group for Club Respect with Victorian Women’s Trust. She is a regular presenter on topics relating to workplace diversity and inclusion.
