The project will transform two existing Legal Fact Sheets into accessible Easy English information sheets that will vastly increase their readability and reach. By using simple, clear and inclusive language and imagery, the Easy English Child Protection fact sheets will help women from disadvantaged backgrounds play an active part in their own legal journey and empower them to make informed choices as they take their tentative first steps away from violent relationships.
This Sub-Fund supports projects that increase the literacy, educational opportunities of women and girls or addresses barriers facing older women.
