For some people, it may not be possible to make cash contributions right now. However, making a bequest to the Trust gives people the opportunity to leave a gift that may not have been possible during their lifetime.

A bequest is a special and generous gift of faith and respect. As an investment in the future it signifies a belief that the Bequestor believes the work of the Trust is valuable. It is also a tangible way to express a personal wish to leave a legacy to secure for other women the benefit of the ongoing work of the Trust.

A bequest to the Trust ensures that the Trust's work will continue into the future.

If you wish to discuss a bequest to the Victorian Women's Trust, please contact Mary on 03 9642 0422 or email the trust mary@vwt.org.au.
"Now in my eightieth year my wish to help disadvantaged women is as strong as ever.... There are many of us who have had education and family support so that we have been able to overcome the handicaps, prejudices and discrimination, which women have always faced and continue to face. I urge other women to help. Whatever happens, I shall live happily knowing that after I'm gone the Victorian Women's Trust will have become a permenent institution."
