Love And Justice Women's Anthem    
     
I just wanted to say how moving and beautiful your anthem was.
 It tapped something so utterly positive in us all and was a joy to sing. Choir member Bronwyn

Since November 2008, we have been tracking Love and Justice as it is taken up by women and performed in many locations in Victoria, Australia and internationally.

It has been broadcast on

Anthem in India

In June 2009 Christine Caroline took copies of the Women's Anthem to India where she sang it with a group of 41 girls and their carers at the Good Shepherd Hostel.  They loved the song and tune.

It has been performed at:

  • Yackandandah Festival
  • Queen Vicotoria Women's Centre's International Women's day Event by the Brunswick Women's Choir
  • Hurstbridge at the Chocolate Lillies Choir

  • The celebration of the centenary of women's suffrage in Victoria at both the outside steps and inside Queens Hall at Parliament House, Melbourne
  • City of Port Phillip and the City of Melbourne's IWD Celebrations - at both events sung by composer Kavisha Mazzella
  • Tarrengower Women's Prison in Victoria performed by Western Australia's Safety in Numbers choir
  • Melbourne - Human Rights Equal Opportunity Conference,
  • Nowra NSW - 250 women sang at the Voices for Love and Justice event
  • Melbourne - The National Women in Super Conference
  • Shoalhaven NSW  - 220 plus choir joined by Kavisha Mazzella as part of the Sixteen Days against Domestic Violence. View
  • Melbourne - Women Mobilizing Millions donors' conference 2010

  • International Women's Day 2010 celebration in Geelong

  • IWDA event at BMW Edge Melbourne 2010

  • Denver,USA,  for the Women's Funding Network in front of 800 conference participants.

  • Launch of Women's Health week in Bendigo the anthem was sung by 80 central Victorian women who had rehearsed since Christmas.
  • Andra Pradesh in India at a cultural event at the Good Shepherd Hostel for girls aged 8-18.
  • Wagga Wagga NSW for White Ribbon Day 2010
